WIP 05/03/17 Woodland Themed Afghan – Whitetail Fawn Applique

The weather is finally getting nice and making it hard to sit and crochet rather than be out and enjoying it. Actually, I’ve been making it a point to get out and walk a mile a day… it’s a nice break from all this concentration. I’m thinking I may take a little crochet vacation after this afghan is finished! Eleven squares still to go…. ugh.

Here is what I’ve come up with for my next applique… a whitetail fawn. He’s so cute! And that fuzzy tail… 🙂

  1. What a lovely fawn. You are making appliques I’ve been looking for for a long time. Thank you so much. I’m collecting appliques to make a baby blanket for a little boy, and now I have another idea – make a throw for my sister’s cabin in the Michigan UP. Keep it up, talented gal. You’re doing a wonderful job!!!
